Service-Specific Terms

These terms apply to specific APIs, models, balance top-ups, memberships, and third-party capabilities offered on the MonkeyAI platform.

1. Model Services

MonkeyAI aggregates multiple models and routes. Different models may have different context lengths, capabilities, pricing, rate limits, output formats, tool-calling abilities, and safety policies.

The model names, pricing, and capability descriptions shown on the platform are provided to assist integration. Actual behavior depends on the upstream model and the currently available route.

2. OpenAI-Compatible APIs

The platform aims to be compatible with the OpenAI API format, but does not guarantee that every client, parameter, streaming output, tool call, image feature, audio feature, or newly introduced endpoint will behave identically. Some models may require parameter adjustments according to the documentation.

3. Claude / Anthropic Capabilities

If you use Claude or Anthropic-compatible interfaces, you must comply with the corresponding model rules. Some Claude Code, agent, long-context, caching, or tool-calling capabilities may be affected by upstream policies.

4. Image and Multimodal Services

Image generation, image understanding, and multimodal input/output may involve higher costs and stricter content review. Generated results are inherently probabilistic, and the platform does not guarantee that every result will match your expectations.

5. Recharge, Balance, and Refunds

Recharge balance is used for API calls or platform services. Consumed balance is non-refundable. Refund requests for unused balance are subject to the platform Recharge & Refund Policy, payment-channel rules, and risk-control review.

6. Service Changes

Upstream models, pricing, APIs, and availability can change quickly. The platform may add, remove, rename, or reroute models without individual advance notice. Important changes will be announced through platform notices or documentation whenever reasonably possible.
