MonkeyAI provides services to individual developers and teams that may lawfully use AI API services. You must ensure that your own location, your business location, and your end users' locations are permitted to use the relevant AI model services.

1. Core Principles

• You must not use the service in sanctioned, restricted, or legally prohibited regions;
• You must not resell or provide the service to users or regions that are not eligible;
• If upstream model providers or payment channels restrict certain regions, the platform may also restrict related accounts, models, or transactions;
• The platform may adjust serviceable regions based on laws, upstream rules, payment rules, and risk-control requirements.

2. User Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that your business complies with local laws, export controls, data compliance rules, privacy requirements, and AI usage requirements.

If your business involves cross-border data, enterprise customers, sensitive industries, or public-facing products, you should complete your own compliance review before integration.

3. Service Restrictions

For users who violate regional restrictions, attempt to bypass risk controls, or use false identities or payment information, the platform may suspend accounts, limit API calls, or refuse further service.
