Welcome to MonkeyAI. MonkeyAI is an AI API aggregation and relay platform for developers, AI agent users, and teams. We provide OpenAI-compatible APIs, access to models such as Claude, DeepSeek, GPT, and image models, as well as usage tracking and balance-based billing.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in, topping up your balance, creating an API key, or calling the API.

1. Services

MonkeyAI provides the following services:

• Aggregation and forwarding of AI model APIs;
• An OpenAI-compatible API entry point;
• API key management, balance management, usage records, and billing statistics;
• Integration guides for clients such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Cherry Studio, and OpenAI SDKs;
• Model pricing, availability information, call records, and troubleshooting support.

We may adjust available models, pricing, API capabilities, and service rules based on upstream models, route quality, policy requirements, and operational needs.

2. Accounts and Security

You must register with a real and reachable email address. You are responsible for protecting your account, password, API keys, and session state.

You are solely responsible for any losses caused by disclosing, sharing, reselling, or exposing your API keys, or by using them in an insecure environment. If you detect abnormal account activity, balance anomalies, or API key leakage, delete the affected key immediately and contact the platform.

3. Billing and Balance

MonkeyAI charges based on the model shown on the platform, billing multipliers, token usage, request count, image generation specifications, or other service-specific pricing. Billing methods may differ across models and services. Final charges are determined by your orders, usage records, and platform billing rules.

Because upstream model pricing, exchange rates, route costs, and service costs may change, platform pricing may also change. New calls are charged according to the then-current price.

4. Service Availability

MonkeyAI will make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that any model, route, response speed, or API capability will remain permanently available. Interruptions, failures, or degradations may occur due to:

• Upstream model rate limits, failures, bans, or policy changes;
• Network, DNS, data center, cloud service, or third-party payment failures;
• Platform maintenance, upgrades, risk control, or security actions;
• User requests that trigger upstream or platform safety mechanisms.

5. User Responsibilities

You must not use MonkeyAI for illegal activities, infringement, fraud, attacks, security bypass, spam, malicious automation, mass registration, model abuse, or the generation of unlawful content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs, outputs, workflows, and end-user use cases comply with applicable laws, upstream model rules, and the platform Usage Policy.

6. Service Adjustments and Termination

If you violate these Terms, the Usage Policy, applicable laws, or upstream rules, the platform may restrict calls, suspend accounts, freeze balances, delete API keys, or refuse further service.

7. Disclaimer

AI model outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, bias, or unpredictable content. You must independently review model outputs and must not rely on them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
