To keep the platform stable, secure, and compliant, please follow the rules below when using MonkeyAI.

1. Prohibited Uses

You must not use MonkeyAI, or any model called through MonkeyAI, for the following activities:

• Violating laws, regulations, compliance requirements, or third-party rights;
• Generating or distributing fraud, phishing, gambling, pornography, violent or terrorist content, hate, harassment, or inappropriate content involving minors;
• Generating malware, attack scripts, exploits, credential stuffing, abusive scraping, DDoS attacks, or content intended to bypass security mechanisms;
• Impersonation, identity forgery, fake official notices, inducing transfers, or stealing account credentials;
• Mass spam, abusive marketing, opinion manipulation, or automated traffic inflation;
• Collecting, disclosing, or processing other people's private information, keys, passwords, cookies, tokens, bank cards, or other sensitive data without authorization;
• Bypassing platform limits, risk controls, billing systems, membership permissions, or upstream model safety policies.

2. High-Risk Use Cases

If you use the models in medical, legal, financial, investment, education evaluation, hiring, credit, industrial safety, autonomous driving, or other high-risk scenarios, you must perform human review and you assume all resulting risks.

3. API Usage Rules

• Do not expose your API keys publicly;
• Do not abuse shared accounts across multiple users;
• Do not consume platform resources with abnormal concurrency, malicious loops, or wasteful retries;
• Set reasonable timeouts, retries, and rate limits;
• Keep the necessary call logs for billing and troubleshooting.

4. Risk Control Actions

The platform may apply risk controls based on request frequency, call content, abnormal billing behavior, payment risk, complaints, and upstream feedback. In serious cases, the platform may suspend service, restrict model access, freeze accounts, or deny refunds.

5. Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for your inputs, outputs, public presentation, and business outcomes. MonkeyAI does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of model outputs.
